Setup

Please follow the common Worldline instructions to get set up with Sofort via TravelHub.

Features

The TravelHub Sofort connector supports the following features.

• Direct capture
• Full and partial refunds
• Webhooks
• Airline data
• Billing & shipping details
• Cart items

Captures and refunds

As Sofort transactions can take up to 48 hours to be marked as paid, refunds can not be processed until the transaction has reached that state. Transactions marked as Captured in the system might not be refundable until this point.
