Within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager you can access the integration configuration by selecting Merchant Tools -> Site Preferences -> Custom Preferences. Within this menu, there are two configuration items, Gr4vy and Gr4yyTheme.

Gr4vy

This section allows you to configure the instance and credentials used by the integration, and set options to control how the integration behaves. Fill in the Gr4vy ID, Gr4vy Private Key, Gr4vy PEM file thumbprint and Gr4vy environment mode fields based on the environment.

Gr4yyTheme

Control of the theming of the Embed component used in storefront. See Embed theming for more details.
