Credentials

When setting up CardPointe in the dashboard, configure the following credentials.

API username

This is the API username associated with your CardPointe merchant account.

​
API password

This is the API password associated with your CardPointe merchant account.

​
Merchant ID

This is the CardPointe merchant account setup by the integration delivery team.

Site name

This is the site name associated with your CardPointe merchant account. for example https://{site_name}.cardconnect.com/

Statement descriptors

Statement descriptors are not supported via Gr4vy and are ignored. You can configure your merchant statement descriptor in the CardPointe dashboard under Administration -> Descriptors.
